I ordered bingo C6 smart watch with heart rate monitoring, bluetooth & slim watch on 21 jan 2017 on ShopClues. With 500 Rs Cash back with mobikwik payment. Order id[protected]. Received order on 6th of February 2017. But in this watch heart rate monitoring function is not available.. I request for return this product. But they rejected my request, ... Why??? & Cash back of Rs 500 is not yet received neither by ShopClues & nor by Mobikwik. Then where is my Cash back???? & Why they rejected my request of returns. Cheater company...
