[Resolved] ShopClues.com — ShopClues.com shopclues won't let me delete my account.

I am not using my shopclues account but received OTP request yesterday so thought to delete my account. There is no option after login to delete/deactivate the account. Sent an e-mail to customer support to delete my account, received below auto-reply. "Dear Customer, This is a Resource mailbox & complaints are not registered through this Email ID. For faster resolution, please login to your Shopclues account & raise a ticket based on your query" This is not acceptable.
