[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Shopclues.Com took payment, but not yet Delivered the product and no proper response | |||
I have placed the order on 14th Feb 2014 but didn't recieved the product till now and in their websites showed that the ordered product has been shipped through Delhivery.com and gave tracking no ([protected]), while checking with courier website it shows that the product has been returned as per client(Shopclues.com) request. When approached shopclues customer support, they said ' we didn't gave any instructions' further they said we will update the status once we received the retuned product. I called today (10th March 2014). they were telling the same story that the product is not delivered to their warehouse. In India ordinary postal /courier will reach maximum 3-4 days but shopclues.com saying product has not yet reached .I don't know which courier will take more than 25 days to reach. it looks shopclues.com cheating and looting the money from common man and not delivering the product. It looks shopclues.com cheating and looting the money from common man and not delivering the product.
