ShopClues.com — Shopclues Fraud - Delivered Wrong product and Declining Refund | |||
I ordered a Samsung A7 mobile through shopclues after paying Rs23, 699 online on 11th July 2015 (Order #[protected]. However Shopclues delivered Micromax Fire phone worth Rs 6000 to me on 16th July 2015 instead of Samsung A7 mobile phone. I immediately filed a return order request and asked for refund. I uploaded pictures of wrong item delivered and mailed them the pictures as well on request. To my utter surprise till date no one has come for courier pick and my refund is not yet processed and to top it all, it says Refund request declined without giving any reasons. All these days I have been contacting Shopclues customer care (called 10 times in total) through phone, emails and online but no response from them. Even after committing a serious mistake of delivering a completely different product they are not bothered to give me my refund. How to file a case in consumer court and get my refund ASAP?
