ShopClues.com — The product was not delivered | |||
I ordered a product on 16th march 2015 which was Rs.200/-, They shipped it on 19th march 2015, It should have reached me latest of 26th march 2015. But when I tracked order which was through professional courier. The tracking number is GGN40034892. But it was forwarded from Chennai but it was not received at my home town Namakkal where I have to get the product. I gone there and cross verified with them but they said it was not received by them. So I contacted shopclues customer care through email with the problem of product not received. But they said that it was received. As actually it was not received even by the courier. So I directly contact them by call they asked me to wait but they were telling it was delivered. I have spent about Rs.150/- by calling them but they are asking me to wait as they will arrange the proof of delivery within 4-5 working days but it was about 20 days as they said me to wait and still now there was no proof of delivery and even no response. I have the whole proof like order details tracking details and the e-mail that i send them regarding this issue. So please help me refund my amount and take steps to claim me the compensation for troubling me and not giving me the product and even not providing my amount back and making late as it was about more than 1 month from the date i paid for my order.
