Dear Sir, Based on the SBI Credit Card Division's advice, I am lodging a formal complaint. The transaction dated 21.02.2015 for Rs 26, 243/- was not done by me at all. As the owner of the SBI Credit Card I reject this transaction. I do not know the reason as to why my credit card account was debited with the aforesaid amount for no fault of myself as the transaction was not at all proposed by me. In the light of the above, I would request you to kindly cancel the transaction dated 21st February 2015 for Rs 26, 243/- and advise the State Bank of India - Credit Card Division immediately without any further delay to enable them to effect credit to my Credit Card account with a sum of Rs 26, 243/-. I personally feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
