[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Wrong product delivered twice in a same order, still refused refund | |||
I ordered replacement battery for micromax a50 on 07.09.2016 with order id 98391567, for which a wrong product was delivered on 14.09.2016. I initiated replacement request, which company accepted and they sent me another product on 26.09.2016, which i shocked to see the same product again. As i became certain that they cannot deliver, i initiated return request and asked for refund (I was charged rs.349 for a product of rs.299, in the name of shipping and cod charges). They bluntly rejected the request, thereby i compromised with my money and derived no utility, with no fault of mine. Thanking you. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 12, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After another mail to their official email, company official called back and refunded the amount. ShopClues.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 24, 2016 Arti Ashok Verma's response they did many time mistake in services which i avail i thought that it is first time they did mistake but i was wrong the company shopcluse repeated there mistake known. i did not get any product which i Oder and prepaid.

Amount prepaid of product but still not get and company said that product delivered and they did not show me any proved that i got product like my sing etc. i have order.even they do not give any response of complain when i clam.

Bad Response against customer request and pathetic service. After 5 days giving response to cancel order. Since last 3 days i am chasing for order update but no reprocess from customer care
