ShopClues — Delivered damaged product

I have ordered on 13th august 2026 shopclues order id[protected] but delivered 28th august 2026 damaged and used product its combo order sum of three product in that one is already used and empty and the cap also missing and I raised to return the product on 30 august 2026 but till now I did not get any response from them
