ShopClues — mobile not delivered | |
My self kishore kumar reddy
Booked a mobile samsung galaxy s duo 2 on 10th december 2013, it has given that it will be delivered by DTDC courier on or before 20th december, but not delivered and not giving back money nor mobile,
After given complaint they said it will take 24 to 48 hr it is over, still not responding
Then we call to customercare they are saying that our dispatch department take care but it will take, but for time they are saying no limit.
