[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Broken product received and no response received after calling customer care number many times | |||
I had bought 1 Eyeconic Smudge free Kajal on 26-Nov-13 and it got delivered on 28-Nov-13, but the product received was broken and was in bad condition. I had lodged the complaint on 28th-Nov-13 itself in writing as well as spoken to the shopClues customer care executives 3 time, they told me that they are sending me an email & i should revert on that email with the broken product images. But, till today i am waiting for the email. Finally i got this forum and sending you the product images. Please look at it and provide me an early solution. No use of calling them...I had similar experience...its just waste of mobile bill...they even sent me a mail saying refund is initiated, but didn't recieve anything till now!!! they are fraud...

CEO of this fraud company, Sandeep Aggarwal, is arrested by FBI...!! So in short it was a fraud company ran by a big fraud..!!!
