[Resolved] ShopClues.com — faulty duplicate dummy product | |||
I have purchase a samsung 9000maH power bank from shopclues.com and they send me a product in terrible condition terrible packaging and that too was faulty and after so many attempts and when i send them a full video of the product they agreed to accept the return of the product when i asked them for pick-up they denied and asked me to ship the product and when i asked them for providing the return address they send me too addresses to confuse me and then i asked them again to give me one address but no reply then i send the product on one address but when i deliver the product they have refused to accept it. my order id is 14988397 also they have send me some irresponsible mail find them in attachment Was this information helpful? | |||

Please do find in the photo proof the two address that shopclues.com support has send for returning the single product one on my mail address and one on my shopclues.com account in .pdf format.
