I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime - 32GB + Earphone but when I have received the product on 20th April 2017 which has been damaged so I have submitted the complaint on the same day and my details are below

After three days they have rejected my return request.
I have received the item which has been totally scratched

I had purchased sandals of Rs399 online which was purchased on 7th Mar'17. I didn't receive due to incomplete address which they never informed me or called me during deleivery time. Then it went for refund process and said will receive the amount by 11th Apr'17 which till date I have not received. I have mailed them regards this complain but no action has been taken. Kindly help me. Very poor service of Shopclues.
