I Durgesh Nandan placed order for a product, on the eve the Customer Representative asked me to pay through direct pay mode i paid amount 1500 throught my debit card but now i am not intrested in this product so i asked to customer representative to refund my amount 1500 but they asked it is not possible untill i pay more amount. i am not satishfied with this so please refund my amount DURGESH NANDAN [protected]

I ordered a combo offer of Rs 2999/- and it said that it will deliver the product with in few days.It's been more than 50 days the product is not being delivered and they are not picking up the phone.May be the company is fraud or something.So i want now them to refund my money as soon as possible.plzz help me..
