ShopDealClue — Non-delivery of purchased product

On 14/08/2020 I purchased a pen-drive at https://www.shopdealclue.com with order no. 47702 and CCAvenue Reference #[protected] with order date 14/08/2020 13:22:06. My bank's (hdfc) reference number against this particular purchase is [protected] dated 14/08/20 of amount 575.00.

I have written mails to the company but got no response.

Updated by Elmark Although I got a confirmation mail for my purchase, I can not track my order nor received the product till date. I have written mails regarding this issue to the company but without much help.
