ShopDealClue — product not working from day 2

I have ordered a samsung level u bluetooth headset from shopdealclue and received it day before yesterday. It is not getting charged and not turning on. The color that i received is also different from the one shown in the image. I am completely disappointed as it stopped working from the day 2. There is no reply for the emails and no contact no available. My order #35637
