Shoperslive — not sending the product I paid for

I ordered the product (Samsung washer dryer) at shopperslive under promotional offers through paytm.18000 amount has been made on 27th feb and its been 10 days and the order is not dispatched yet. They are not giving any dispatch details also. Now they asking for insurance money also. They dont want to send the material as they not giving any shipment details.
