I ordered the product (Samsung washer dryer) at shopperslive under promotional offers through paytm.18000 amount has been made on 27th feb and its been 10 days and the order is not dispatched yet. They are not giving any dispatch details also. Now they asking for insurance money also. They dont want to send the material as they not giving any shipment details....

I had paid for the order the full amount for washing machine rs 12700. Through mobikwik. Order no 295. Ordered on 25/12/2017.
They cheated me the next time saying you should buy another product also for dispatching the item. So i ordered sony tv amounting rs 36000/- of that they said you have got 50% discount for that you should pay rs 1000/- only through paytm. And balance they will make as emi 4moths etc. But after one day when...
