I have orderded ncerts books 3 days before but i m not getting any confirmation From shopeyard, only at the time i paid, i got one sms from ccavenue that transaction is successful. After that i checked my account, site is showing you have placed no orders. Yesterday i again mark these books for order when they asked for pay through debit /credit card, i commented there, "I have already paid for same products under order no[protected], and ref no.[protected], now it's showing when logged into my account, , in orders -that new order, under order no.[protected], , but showing" processing ".now I am confused please they don't give response to my mails.

I have ordered two sets of books (ncert set of geography from 6th-12th & old history set of ncert) from shopeyard online at 5:01 pm, 13 July 2018, I got confirmation that transaction is successful. But when i logged in my account, it's showing you have placed no orders in my account. Contact number given by shopeyard is out of service. My order no. Is[protected].

I have ordered the book on 01/07/2018 two week before from today, but I haven't received any tracking ID from their side, I don't no the status of my order and I haven't received the order . frequently I sent a mail to support team to send my tracking id atleast, but no response from them .atleat let them refund our money if they r not sending order in time .order id number:[protected]. This shopeyard don't have proper working customer care number also.

I have ordered old ncert for 11 and 12 th from shopeyard with order #[protected] on 10th july. They have mailed that the item will ship on 11 th july and i will be notified when it ships. But after that there is no updates . I tried to contact vai phone but the number not working . Also i send many mail but they did not replay any one.kindly ship my product or otherwise refund dont cheat me.. please..

I booked old ncert text books in shopeyard on 10 th of july. They assured me that my books will ship on 11 july. But it os not shipped yet. Also customer care is not working no replay for mail so please ship my product it is urgent

I just saw 34 complaints raised against Shopeyard, but only 6 resolved. Too sad
I raised a complaint one month back but not resolved and no refund yet.
Why the Shopeyard cannot be placed in Fraud list, Since for many customers issue is not resolved

Its been almost 10 days since i placed my order but still they have not shipped my order. They also don't reply to mail and the phone number given on website for support is also never connected. It seems a fraud website.
I have paid the money online and got trapped. Ship my order soon or return the money otherwise i will take strict action and complain in consumer forum. contact

My order not delivered yet, i asked tracking courier, they told courier was returned already, so i request you to cancel my order and return my money at the earliest with information to me,, it is already too late, so it is requested to refund my amount at earlier as this type of delays defame your website...

I had placed an order on 17th june 2018 with order no #[protected]. Estimated arrival was before 29th june but i haven't received my order until now. Costumer support number doesn't work. I have left many emails at [protected]@shopeyard.com but they didnt bother to reply.
This is completely irresponsible on their part playing with the time and money of students.
Now i just want the refund of my money.

guys please beware of online fraudsters claiming to be company employees who get your details from such forums and call you assuring the refund of the money and asking for your debit card details for refund.
I posted a complaint on 5th june 12.30 pm and at 4.00 pm i received a call from shopeyard employee(disguise) and asked for my debit card details in order to process the return.

The contact number doesn't work, they don't answer emails and the magazine is ordered is basically only 300 rs and they charged me 820 rs. I am really disappointed.

This is not the right way to treat the customer. I have checked original price and its way less for science reporter magazine. I think they need to correct the price or call me back or cancel and refund my money.

Their customer service number not working at all. Please resolve this problem, i think all the customers are facing same problem with shopeyard.com. I have ordered in shopeyard with order number #[protected] on 21 june with delivery date 25 june there after on 23 june they mailed me saying book will be delivered on 3rd july so i want to cancel the order i called to them several times the number is not at all working and so i mailed to them several times to cancel the order and i will purchase the book from outside they haven't replied me at least once and today they have coriered the book and i have taken the book from outside already, even the same thing happened to my friend so please take some issue so that they will not do the same thing again to anyone and kindly tell those people to refund my money.

Hello,

I have placed an order on shopeyard.com on 10th june, 2018 for 20 extension officer supervisor books, they charged me 6540/- and assured me that they will deliver my order by 17th june, 2018. But they failed to keep their promise, order is not delivered on 17th june and so i contacted their support through email, they assured me that we will deliver by 21st june, 2018. Today is 26th june, 2018, they haven't delivered my order yet, adding to that they are not responding on my support emails. I feel like cheated at this point of time and hence i'm filing this complaint... You may check the order confirmation attached as a proof to this complaint

I placed an order #[protected] for economics notes & paid via paytm & they promised me to shipp it by 25 june 2018 but till now neither they shipped my order nor are they responding to emails & there customer care no is also not working..
I request u to Either send me the said order or REFUND my amount.
