I (Gopi Krishna) was ordered a book title "Ganitha sasthra bodhana padhathulu" on 18/4/2018 with delivery date on or before 29/4/2018 but not delivered. On 1/5/2018 I was talked to customer care number regarding my book order delivery, they told that the book is akadami book it's take time or cancel ur order and money refund in 7-14 working days. Till now not refunded my money and not responded [protected]@shopeyard.com or[protected]

My name is pratik yadav and i ordered a book by rs sharma on ancient history from online site name shopeyard.com. I ordered it on 29 may, 2018 and i didnt received it till date. They mailed me to deliver before 5th june 2018. But its not delivered yet and i feel like its a fraud site and i either want book or my money back. Please help me regarding this.

Actually i have booked pdf file sir.. Im unable to open the pdf coz asking password.. Wht is the password.. Send me the password.. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. Worst service they r providing.. Calls r not connecting.. We move on trust.. They r wasting out time n all.. Please resolve my password for pdf.. So please do it as quick as possible.. Mine request for it.. Please send me through email registered which i have stated early

We are preparing for one examination, and ordered a book in online on 22 nd and the expected delivery is 31st may 2018. But still we didn't receive the book but the examination is on 15th. No updates on this order, and no customer is not picking the phone called 100+ times always busy.

Same incident happened for many of the students just saw the reviews.
Please help the students who looking for job and ordering books in this site can block these kind of fraud ecommerce sites.

Iam booked and payed for book worth rs 440 on 25/05/18 in shopeyard com. But still there is not any confirmation or information about my order. Please give details of my order and take necessary action to get my book. Otherwise iam going to take legal action against shopeyard.com. The customer care support of shopeyard.com is not available and i cant to contact with him. Please help me

I have ordered two books and amount paid through debit card. Order was successfully placed and confirmation email received from shopeyard. The books order are namely
1. Philosophy telugu academy - lll year iv paper ethics english medium
2. Philosophy telugu academy - lll year iv paper neeti sasram (Ethics) telugu medium
On 23rd and 25th april
Till now i have not received the books from them.
I am keepon calling them but the customer support number is not working.
Even i mailed the same issue but no reply.

I actually ordered a book on 16/05/18 and it was supposed to get delivered by today. But unfortunately from the last 10 days my product is showing processing they didn't shipped it, i had also tried to contact them but no response, also mailed them but again no response. Please look into the matter and help me out of this..

Received mail from #shopeyard regarding confirmation of payment and order. But issues are:
1. There contact number is wrong. It is not getting connected.
2. Mailed them so many times but no reply.
3. No shipment details sent even after 4 days of placing the order.
4. Complete neglect of customer and there grievances.
5. I messaged them on social media also but no response till date.

I bought a book from shopeyard website on 2nd may and the order id is[protected]. Till now i didn't get the book. I tried to call customer care and the number is not working. I wrote emails to shopeyard for the status and no response from shopeyard. I'm totally dissatisfied with shopeyard service. I want to know what's happening about my order. I want my book reach to me as soon.

I ordered the books worth of ₹665 incl delivery charges that never happens on 5-feb-2018 and they promised to deliver them by maximum of[protected] but i waited till 20-feb-2018 and when they didn't arrive I cancelled the order on 20 feb 2018 and ask for the refund I talked to the customer care centre and he said me to send a email regarding refund to [protected]@shopeyard.com.i sent the email and they said it would take maximum of 14 days to successfully refund the amount.i requested the refund on 20 feb 2018 but now its 7 march 2018 and no refumd has been initiated to my account they say that they have refunded the amount but when i checked my account there was no amount refunded by shopeyard when i asked them to send me the transaction id of the account in which they refunded the amount they dont reply my mails and even at the customer care there is only one person picking up the phone always and saying i will inform my team about this they will contact you and nothing happens after that till now i have sent many mails to them but they ignore me .

it is my humble request to www.consumercomplaints.in to resolve my problem this is a fraud site i ordered the books for my upsc prepration and each day is passing and exams are coming closer.

I have ordered my book with order no.:[protected] on nov 1, 2017 at 1:51:05 pm. And the shopeyard website showed that "estimated arrival: on or before 15/11/2017". But it has been one month since i ordered but till now i didn't receive it. And i need that book urgently for preparing my exams. Even though i wanted to cancel the order and wanted to book the same book again but this website is not showing any icon for canceling the order. So please send my book as soon as possible.

I had ordered a book in the shopeyard.com onlinestore and paid for the book through online transaction on 25 aug 2017. I havent recieved any information on the arrival of the product till date.

Purchased some books from online shopeyard website on june 27 nd got confirmation mail dat order i'll be shipping on 28th june nd delivery on 6th july. Bt till today (July 2nd) i didn't got any mail regarding order dispatch nd tracking details. Contacted customer care on 30june they said dat order dispatch details already sent to my mail nd cut my cal. Again i called them nd nd asked abt my order tracking details they said dat order is not...

i have payed for that online. But still i am not get my order or any notification about my item. When i am calling regarding my items no body pick up my phone. I was given a complaint on that site but they did not given any reply.

I have placed an order on sunday 21st may 2017 on shopeyard.com.. Have ordered a book vide order number #[protected].. The transaction was successful and the order was placed successfully.. Now it's been more than 24 hours i have placed the order and the status of my order in my view order page is still showing "processing"... The customer care number is out of service and hence i am unable to reach them.. It's now seeming to me that this website is a fraud.. Please help..

I have ordered a set of books on May 7th and a few in May 10th and made payment through MobiKwik wallet. Now when I login to my account, shopeyard is showing that the orders I placed are zero. And their stupid customer care number doesn't work. This is a horrible website I feel. I need my ordered to be delivered right away or my money to be refunded.

I ordered 3books on 8th may 2017. I got a message that the books will be delivered on or before 14 but it didn't. I am preparing for groups exam. I called the customer care but useless, pls resolve my problem as early as possible. These type of problems are common now these days. There is no cancellation tab or refund option. Even the phone number was not working.

Sir, i am rakesh from chennai, i am preparing competitive exams. I ordered 3 competitive exam books on this site in this month 11/09/2016, the order numbers are[protected],[protected]. They are deliver within one week as per order rules, but still also they are not delivered that order. I called their number and asking three times on this order status.., they told, we want 3 days time and forward of this order, i am waiting 3 days, after i called again, they are not responding correctly. But they are not delivered right now... I am suffering of lost my time...

I have been ordered 10 days back, a book belongs to TSPSC Group II, IV Paper English Version, no cal and no message has been given till now, it will be late if the order is not available please dont show it as available the stock, its a very bad experience for me.
