Shophare.com — redmi 8 ordered but not delivered

I ordered redmi 8 on 17th october 2019, my order i'd is 17154. The product is still not delivered. I followed up with them contiously and till monday 29th october 2019 evening there number [protected] was working, since tuesday 30th october 2019 morning this is not working also the site is having a fake registered address. I have registered complaint on national consumer complaint helpline for the same the number for the compliment is - 1702958
