Shophare — how can get my order or return money

I, rajesh kumar, ordered a phone redmi 8 through shophare.com an online retail site on 26/october/2019 for which payment was done through phone pe upi app. It was promised by the company that i will receive the product within 5 to 7 days. Order no is 28873 dated 26/10/2019 but now company website is not open and its customer contact number is also not working. Shophare is a fraud online retail site which has duped many people.
If anyone can help me i will be highly obliged.

I, am Raghvendra Yaduvanshi ordered a phone redmi 8, through shophare.com an online retail site on 20/October/2019 for which payment was done through phone pe upi app. It was promised by the company that I will receive the product within 5 to 7 days. But it has been more than 10 days and now company website and its customer contact number is also not working. Shophare is a fraud online retail site which has duped many people.My ordered no. is 18274.
If anyone can help me I will be highly obliged. Please help me to get my money back.
