I have order a redmi 8 smartphone on this website vide order no 19454 . Please help me to refund my money. I have called their customer care toll free number [protected] on 19 Oct 2019 for 3 min 6 sec for order confirmation. I again called on same number on 24 Oct 19 at 3:16 PM which is lasted for 9 min 44 sec in which they told me that my mobile will be delivered by Tuesday. I have order by name of my younger brother Rakesh Prajapati for his DIWALI gift which mobile no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have payment for same from my BHIM UPI id prajapati.[protected]@ybl. and payment transaction ID is P1910191628033122733895 to Shophare. Please help me for refund of my money. Can you share the UPI ID of the Recipient to which the payment was made. I am also the victim of this fraud.
I have paid 6999 from phonepay but now the website and customer care number are not working so please take action against him! and tell me how i get my money back?
