My Rs 699/- credit with the company after being non winner of contest against order dt[protected].Later, I placed an order for ORPAT OST-1017 Dx Grill sandwich maker ( whjte ) -) Order ID 4700870 dt[protected] by making payment through credit card, a balace Rs 896/- for a total bill value Rs 1595.-.I have not received the goods so far, nor received any message about despatch . I had sent a letter by e mail dt[protected], which also remains non replied. I think this is a bogus company collecting money from people and not delivering goods.-A P NAGUL. Ahmedabad.

Updated by Arvind Nagul Shpohunk had sent a refund cheque no 216931 dt[protected] on Axis Bank-Bengalore of Rs 1595/-, which is defective. Amount written in figure Rs 1595/-, whereas in words it is as'Rs one thousand five hundred ninety nine, whach difer and banks never accept this for clearence.Shophunk was informed by e mails on[protected] and[protected] with copy of cheque. However, there is no response and the problem of refund is at standstill. The party is following fraudulent practice of collectind full money[protected], the not delivering goods and on our consumer complant on[protected], they deliberately send defective refund cheque to avoid refund and delay.
