Shopkaar — I want refund and compensation

Sir, i have ordered redmi 4a mobile on www.shopkaar.com and successfully made my payment through debit card. Order id is 129393. At starting the company customer care number told me that they will deliver my order in 5-7 working days. But almost 10 days gone but they didn't deliver me the product and did not give any tracking details of products. Now customer care number is always engaged and they also don't reply my any email. Pls sir i request to you to take a legal step against the company and i want refund my money as soon as possible... I will be grateful to you... Thanks
