Shopkin — after payment product status & product not receive

On 11th april'19 i had purchased a product from shopkin, but after payment successfull they (Shopkin) didn't show any status of my product whether is has been packed/dispatch/in transit etc. So i didn't have any information about my product and product is not received yet. Now i can't even open their website so kindly help me with this problem.
I am attaching the payment successfull mail & now their (Shopkin) website status herewith.

After I submitted my complaint about Shopkin, On 28th April'19 i receive a call from [protected] this number and told me that he is calling from shopkin regarding my complaint. He asked me my account details telling me my amount will be refunded . He send me a sms to my mobile number and asked me to forward the massage to another number [protected] within one minute. When I asked him that is this call have any authenticity and can he send me a mail regarding all this he just denied and cut the phone telling me rudely that i wont get any refund

I have ordered suit from shopkin and i have payed online feom paytm . i want refund for that now site is also not opening plrase immediate axtion about this site fake sites
