Shopkin — fake fake | |||
I had ordered 2 products from Shopkin, they confirmed the payment through Razorpay and product shall be delivered within 12-14 days. The order date was 26 March. I kept writing to them, but there was no revert. Today I shared this concern on Razorpay support, they have acknowledged my complaint and wrote to me that they will look into this. This is very sad that anyone can make an e-commerce platform and loot people. Today Razorpay wrote : Razorpay Support 5:04 PM (9 minutes ago) to me Hi Purva Chouhan, Thank you for reaching out to us. We checked that the payment is successful from our end. We are a payment gateway which means we facilitate merchants with online payments. We are checking this with the merchant and would request you to wait for 6-7 working days. We will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your understanding.
