I saw the add of shopkins of garments on facebook and ordered a dress on 6th april 2019. It's not delivered yet. I have been trying to contact them but no use. I did the the card payment. I want the product or the money back. I even sent them a mail but no response. The order no was 30553. That time there sight was working, but now i not able to access it.

Shopkin is fake company
I was see shopkin ads in facebook, Facebook company is also responsible for all this things

full description - I had ordered a ethnic dress from Shopkin on facebook.
After transaction of 499/-, i had not received order and the any update from the service provider.
Desirable resolution: I need refund and a strict action against the shopkin page admin.
