Shopkin — did not got my order..12 days of the order

I have ordered and payed for kurti combo from facebook.. On 12th april 2019.. The online payment was already done.. Still not got my order.. As it was not having any cash on delivery.. I have to order it paying the amount.. After that i did'nt get any kind of confirmation messege or calls. As we always get messege after every online payment. I have all snapshots of payment, order and order number. My order no. - 38176.
Kindly resolve the matter and send my product with good quality
