Ordered a kurti and a patiya set for 780 on april 9, 2019. I received the following text message

Hello viriya, thank you for placing your order #33885 with shopkin. Your order will delivered to you within 12 to 13 days. Need help contact [protected] or email us shopkin.[protected]@gmail.com

I am yet to receive the ordered item. The website is shut down and unable to reach on the number they provided.
