I ordered a dress on 23rd Mar'19 from this website and got a confirmation msg saying that, it will be delivered in 12-13 days.. I tried calling the number that was given in the msh, but it was non-functional. Then I visited their website and launched a complaint. I got a response, saying that, my order will be delivered by 9th April, but it didn't. I have mailed them again and they said that, it will reach on 13th, but didn't. I tried reaching them over the mail yesterday, but there was no response!!

Is there a way to get our money back ? Because the website on which they were running their online store is closed due to invalid presentation of SSL certificate i.e certificate required to have a valid website address, so even if we register a complain, how will they be traced, as they have closed the website now and neither had any valid domain, they were running on the temporary domain(web-address) acquired by some free domain selling sites.
It's a fake website for sure. I had placed an order from the site last month which was supposed to be delivered within 12-13 days but they never delivered it. I sent an email on their email address but got no response from there .
I'm Supritha. I ordered a dress on dated 12 april 2019. My order i.d. is 37707, but they didn't send any product detail to be dispatched and charged Rs.495 online.
Their contact no. is not reachable and they didn't reply any email. I want to cancel the order and refund my money back.

I believe this is them yet again. I had paid for two jumpsuits. I had seen the kurtas and jumpsuits for higher rates in other sites. COD option is not available with them. I think we have caught the frauds here. Attaching a screenshot of the new store they promote. The place of work is Gujarat again.

I too ordered two Kurtis from shopkin on 8th April. They confirmed the order and informed that it would be delivered within 12 to 13 days. But they didn't deliver the order. I sent them mails but no answer, and the number they have given with the confirmation message is not working. This is a fraud company, some serious action must be taken against such fraud people.

Hi, this is Shruthi. I ordered from this site on 24th march Order ID 12008, got a confirmation that it will be delivered within 12-13 days. Its been more than a month now and their number is out of reach. I need my money refunded. Should take serious action on such fraudsters.
This is the fake company please suggest me what should we do. we have to take something big against these types of ###.
