Shopkin.in — non delivery of order #33637

My order number was #33637.
I had placed this order on 8 april 2019.
I had only got one message when i placed this order which read as follows -

"hello, thank you for placing your order #33637 with shopkin. Your order will delivered to you within 12 to 13 days. Need help contact [protected] or email us shopkin.[protected]@gmail.com"

I have not received any message/update thereafter for my order. The number given in the message is also not working. Nobody replies to the mails.

The website did not have a cod option also.

I need my refund for rs. 2, 154. The message of debit reads as follows

'alert:you've spent rs.2154.00 via debit card xx2411 at rakeshbhai k vekariya on[protected].'

Who is rakesh vekariya?
