Shopkin.in — product delivery

I had ordered two products on 23rd march 2019. After successful payment for the product through online, i received a message on my provided number which has the order number as #9217 and a contact number i. E [protected] along with the website email id i. E shokin.[protected]@gmail.com for assistance.
After two weeks i mailed them asking about my order status. I get a reply saying it will be dispatched on 9th of april 2019. Since i didn't get any call, msg or mail from their end regarding the product delivery on their mentioned date, i mailed them back. I mailed them for more couple of times but they didn't respond.
I am attaching the screenshot of the mail and message.
I sincerely request you to look into the matter and help me to report them as fraud and refund my amount.
