Shopkin.in — product not received

I had placed an order on this website on March 26th, 2019. Order ID- 15750. I had paid for the order via internet banking through razorpay portal.
I got a call from them the very next day stating my order had been confirmed and that I shall receive the product within 12 days. It is past 12 days and I am yet to receive the product.
My account got signed out of the website and they keep showing password wrong when I attempt to sign back in. Resetting password option doesn't work either. Customer care number had been taken off the website as well.
I had bought a dress from this website and now the entire category of dresses have been taken off the website, along with the categories- tops and jumpsuits.
I would like to receive the product I ordered for or to receive a refund of the amount I paid it.
