I had purchased a women's top from shopkin.in on the 28th of march and have still not received the product. I had received a call immediately after informing me that the product will reach me by the 12th or april, 2019. However, the product has still not been delivered. Neither have i been provided with a order number or customer care number to follow it up.
I have already paid for the order. The payment was made though razorpay and the payment id is payment id: pay_ccg2zeozpqlkiu.
