Shopmantra Epay Kerala — Credit Card Fraud

I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected]) from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI on 11-Sep-2015. He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Micro Chip Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-9000 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow i given OTP. immediately my account got debited with Rs.9000. I immediately realized somthing fraud happened and I reacted quickly to reach SBI. I given the whole scene to them and got my card blocked. Thea transaction is yet to be claimed by the merchant. They SBI told me that I would raise complaint when the transaction is caimed for settlement. I wonder how they(Frauds) get my details. Please guide me what should I do further?

I have blocked my card.. and raised a complaint and sent dispute form over the mail... the complaint id :-1-[protected]. the reply of the mail as like below

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for writing to SBI Cards.

We acknowledge receipt of your mail and have taken note of the transaction dispute raised to us. We are working on the same and shall revert to you in 5 days on the documents required from your end/ status of the case. Please note that the maximum time for closure of such disputes is 120 days from date of receipt of dispute form, as we are dependent on external feedback such as acquiring banker.

While we try to do our best to resolve the dispute at the earliest, we request you to bear with us in the interim.

We request you to take note of the following important points:


a) All transaction disputes are resolved as per the VISA/MasterCard guidelines. We will keep you updated on the status of this dispute as well as any further requirements.

b) You are advised to remit payment toward the disputed transaction amount to avoid levy of charges on the card account

c) The same will be settled post completion of the investigation. In case of resolution of the dispute in favor of the cardholder, any charges levied on the disputed transaction during the period of investigation will be reversed.

Reference Number of your case has been mentioned in the subject line of this correspondence. For faster tracking of future communication, please revert to us without changing this subject line.

I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected])Name Raghavan from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI on 03-feb-2016. He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Micro Chip Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-9000 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill.and my credit limit was ingress from 90000.00 to 148000.00. i will happy that moments but i am totally soo sad becase he is cheated for me i am totally loss rs 9000.00.he was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow i given OTP. immediately my account got debited with Rs.9000. 20 days ago no isue card after i am understand he was cheater for me .
Also I raised complained in Cyber Crime police through online in below link...

Did they eventually claim the transaction, those merchants?

We are just tell you that ShopMantra and ShopMantra epaykerala both are the different Companies.We not sell any products on own Site right now and we are using any gateway.
