[Resolved] ShopOnn — Samsung tab order and cancelled but refund not coming

I have ordered samsung tab 10.1 (2nos) through www.shoponn.in (Rs.33330). I still haven't got the product and i have cancelled my both orders on dt.23.6.20 but still my refund not came yet. Customer care number is not working. No email reply. Don't know what to do. Please help me out if any government site that look after this kind of fraud. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I don't this shoponn is fraud site but they don't have infrastructure or work force but all the best to them for future. I have purchased my Panasonic 4.1 home theatre speakers product and not received after too much follow up they said you will receive after 3 days but not happened. AfterAgain much follow up they said product is not available anywhere so after discussion order has been cancelled on 15th Dec 2020 and said money will return in 3 to 5 working days. Today is 29th Dec 2020. What is status? And also not picked the phone wherever we are calling it goes auto answer mode...Without reading your company views and comments I purchased. Now it’s completely fraud company. It’s using people money only.
