I have made an online purchase on 21 February 2016 for 9 items from shoppers stop online store.Out of which 2 products were delivered of wrong size and 4 products were cancelled from shoppers stop side only on 2 march.
till date i have not received my refund of the products which they have cancelled from their end.
i have called on Customer care several times but every now and then they ask for 2-3 working days, which i have given them but no result.
i am frustrated and wasted my time and energy.
Please Do something for the same.

    I am a Non-Resident-Indian working in Germany.
    In August 2015 I visited my family and bought a bag worth Rupees 2696/- in Shopper's Stop Rajouri Garden, New Delhi (on 18/08/2015) .
    At the time of billing there was a small misunderstanding between the cashier-employees regarding small discount on the price of the bag.
    It appeared to me that she deducted a wrong amount first and then added it back to charge the corrected amount from my debit card.

    However, at the end of 2015, I received a special notification from my German Bank (Deutsche Bank) stating that the same amount has been deducted twice and was never added back to my bank account.
    I sent them the bill and my bank details but never got a reply back.
    I feel cheated and also helpless being outside India

      I am Garima Verma, I purchased Cat walk sandals from shoppersstop in feb 2016. But when it delivered the size was not appropropriate so I returned it and request for exchange. After some time the company said they will not exchange instead they refund money. I have submitted my bank details 10 times to them and several times called to customer care but not refund is received till now.

      such a big company with who cheated me for 800/-

      I need refund in any case.

        I have made an online purchase for Rs.4260 and for which i have updated the gift card details which is worth Rs.4000. Rather than deducting Rs.260 from my bank account they have deducted Rs. 4260 from my bank account and also Rs.4000 from the gift cards. This order is placed on March 7, 2016. Till now they are not refunding the amount. Everytime when i call them they are saying that concerned team is working. It is never ending process from them.

          I have purchased 2 products from website on 9th Jan 2016 through gift card. I was expecting to get it delivered by 15th but I got one of them on 21st Jan and then they said that other product is somewhere in different warehouse and they are arranging it.
          After chasing them for 1 more month they said that its out of Stock. Then I again chased them for 15 more days and they said we are preparing your card or it is in different department. Finally I sent them a final email on 14th of March that I need it solution in 10 days else I will go to consumer court.

          its 26th March now and I haven't heard anything from them.

            I ordered two fast track watches which was not in working condition and the company officials are not giving me refund regarding the same. I have been continuously complaining regarding the same from about a month but each day they are giving some or other excuses.
            i ordered the product on 14th feb. 2016 and i received the product on 23rd of feb. 2016. and from 23rd feb. 2016 i have been continuously complaining regarding the same and each time they are just postponing the request and it took more than a month and at last they denied to process the refund.
            plz kindly help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              I recently purchased a Casio watch from your shoppersstop site. When I received the order, I realized it is a very heavy watch (Approx. 192 grams). I requested to return this watch, but realized on the customer care that I couldn't replace this watch as per your return policy.

              I didn't know the weight and size of this watch as it was not mentioned in your product detail. The product information was not availbale on your site, Due to which I made a wrong buy.

              I cannot wear this watch as it is very heavy for me.

              I keep buying stuff from your offline store but never found any problem with return and my shopping experience. My registered number on first citizen card is [protected], and mentioned email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

              This watch is of no use for me. Please let me know, what can I do in regards of same.

                I have ordered Tommy Hilfigher watch online. payment was done but the order confirmation details are not yet sent by them. when called then to enquire about the status, they kept on telling that the order is not confirmed. there where did the money go?? it was ordered yesterday Morning and payment was done through CC. please look into this.

                  I placed this order on 5th Feb 2016 and after multiple calls they delivered in on 19th Feb 2016. On 20th Feb I called for return of the package and I was not satisfied with the product. Till date that reverse pick up has yet not happened in spite of multiple calls to shopper stop customer care and its delivery partner (DELHIVERY Courier Services ). Today I came to know that the reverse pick up is cancelled as by delivery partner due to failed pick up attempts and the fact is that no body came to my door steps for pick up inspite of multiple calls and both shoppers stop and its delivery partner are blaming each other instead of fixing the problem.

                    Order a Boot(no:[protected] on 19th Feb'16 from shoppers stop.Delivery period was 6-9 working days. Invoice does not consisted any terms & condition. On 2nd March when i checked my order status on online portal of shoppers stop, it was showing that my order is being cancelled.I am going with Legal action under THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

I partly used my e gift vouchers worth 20000/- from axisbank and the rest payment was done by my card. I have been charged for my order on my card but have not got any confirmation of the order either in the app or in mail. I am not even able to open the app now. How do I know the status of my order.

                      I have ordered a pair of earings on shopper stop online and waited for more than two weeks, and after repeated reminders to them they assured delivery but now after two weeks they have cancelled the order stating item unavailable and I have just check the same item code is available.ver cheap cusstomer service.even not refunding my money

                        I had placed 4 order from shopper stop online on 13 of feb, 2 cancelled due to some networking problem same day.

                        Order stauts (As on today is)

                        [protected] cancelled on 13 of feb.
                        [protected] cancelled on 13 of feb.
                        [protected] received
                        [protected] cancelled without any information on 24 feb.

                        I have coupon which 250/- each i had also used the same in 4 ordered.

                        They told droped a mail on customer care for new coupon codes i done the same on 15 ot feb.

                        But i have been waiting they don't consider my request yet (27.02.2016)

                        I had recevied only 1 item besides 2 order placed sucessfully on 13 of feb...

                        After a long wait they cancelled my 2nd item without any notice or permission on 24 of feb.

                        Now my 3 coupon codes pending,

                        But they are not providing any information...They are showing on our web side product avaiable but when we place order after long time they cancelled the same,

                        Very bad and poor service.

                        I request you pls help me in this matter. I am callin and mailing but no any solution ..

                          I purchased 4 item from shopperstop online website. I also have 4 coupan so i used the same in that order

                          2 of them successfully adj. and balance amt paid.. But 2 coupon codes balance amount payment not done, due to any networking problem.

                          So I called shopperstop that my a/c not debited agst my order balance payment after using coupon code. Pls cancelled the same.

                          I considered that after cancelled I could again used the same because I did't purchased any item agst. that coupon, but coupon not working besides order cancelled

                          I mail customer care and called also on 15 feb, but they not given any refund agst my coupon or not given fresh coupon code.

                          pls tell if i do not purchased any item why my coupon not worikng

                              I have purchased a Product ( Belt ) from shopper stop on Date & Time

                                I have used the shopper stop website to order the voucher(E.G.V) for INR 1000 but i did not receive the same. I placed this order with the order# 7680866, I placed this order in the month of October on 12th October 2015 and following since then.

                                I had interaction with these guys with may be around 25 to 30 times and have had the promises of getting this resolved on the same day but their promised is the same as that of their service.

                                A manger Mrs Kruti from the shopper stop did mention that she will look at this and resolve this issue on 10th of Jan but she did not.

                                After a couple of day Mr. Dhiren replaced Kruti but the result is same as even he couldn't resolve this.

                                I took twitter too in hope that this might resolve this but the effort was of no use.

                                I am fed up now and really lost my patience. Could you please help me in this?

                                    I have order some item from Shoppers stop web site as well as i paid money. after some time they cancel my all order. i got a mail that it was web site mistake. Again i placed 3 more order after some time and 7 item available is showing. again they cancel my order and told me out of stock. i mailed many time and rise many complain nothing reply.
                                    i have snap shot of all order.
                                    they are just giving promo code but not delivering order

                                      I ordered 35 items on 17 Jan 2016. After many followups, received 19 items on 25 Jan. Although it was mentioned online that delivery will be made within three working days. Out of 19 received products, 3 were old and dirty products (2-4 year). one product was not meant for Indian use. So I had to return 4 products.
                                      Out of remaining 16 items only 8 were received on 1 Feb 2016. Reset of 8 were cancelled, the reason was "out of stock products". How could a company sell something that is not even in stock. Moreover shopperstop realized it after 2 weeks of selling the product and many followups.
                                      After many calls they send email indicating refund of Rs 1056 to the credit card on 11Feb 2016. However the real amount is Rs 5803.
                                      And now shopperstop is not refunding the real amount of 8 cancelled and 4 returned products. Every time they say things are in process. I have already wasted my money, time and energy in all these processing on shopperstop online purchasing.
                                      I did online shopping from shoppersstop as it is a well known reputed brand. It was my first and last shopping experience from this website. Pathetic service of online shoppersstop or it better to say they are more like a fraud online shopping website who are trying to earn from dirty tactics.

                                        I have ordered the product from shoppers stop online website on 19TH Jan and from that day i regularly follow up with these guys for order .. in starting they said product is arranging after they said out of stock and refunded my money with in a 2-3 working days and regularly i launched a complaint against my refund but they are not responded well now 1 month had passed away still my money has not been refunded. i want to registered a complaint against this company and want my refund back with compensated amount aswell which i had suffered for last one month.
