My order ID is[protected].I ordered this product on 4 October and I still not receive my product. I track my product it will move delhi from noida then again delhi. I already raised complaints many times but there is no result came out. I want to know my product will deliver or not and how much time will it take.

I have requested ShopperStop to cancel a product which they have failed to deliver since 17th September. They are neither honouring their stipulated timelines not refunding the money. CAS[protected]H7P2Q4 CRM:00015650

Really really horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life for online shopping. It’s been a nightmare dealing with shoppers stop customer service. I never had any bad experiences with any other platforms and it’s high time for shoppers stop to train themselves and look outside how other companies are putting efforts to get the issue resolved real quick. I’ve orders a pair of jeans and received wrong size and poor quality as well, so I decided to return it which I did on the same day of delivery 15 September 2021. On 16 September 2021 the items were picked by their agent and from that day till date I’m continuously following with them on chat and getting same canned responses from each and every single customer service agent. On call they use same script and give false commitment. On email they never reply. These people are least bothered about what customer is going through and they just give run around every single time you try to speak with customer service. Basically they are bullying customers and are masters in doing fraud. They should ask a question to themselves that does it take 13 working days to reach a item to their warehouse. Even if the warehouse is in China it will take 20 days to be shipped which has already been passed. I’ll wait for next 48 hours and will finally have to lodge a complaint at my nearest police station and make sure the issue is fixed snd I get my money back as they are bot able to get is resolved and it clearly shows that they are not willing to give a customers good service at any time. I ordered my watch and after 1days I cancelled it but now to till I not received any refund. I made payment through paytm wallet worth rs.14995/-
He told me I initiated amount but shows error three times my .My order id is[protected]. This is fraud with customers . So please shoppers stop I request you please refund my money. I am too worry about this .

On 2 Sept 2021, I bought ELIZABETH ARDEN White Diamonds En Rouge Eau De Toilette 100 ml for MRP Rs 5525/- at the Shoppers Stop Ltd, Bangalore International Airport Domestic Departure Terminal through HDFC Credit Card in two transactions of Rs 5000 & Rs 525 but after a few minutes, I returned the product and requested for REFUND.

They accepted the return and gave me VOID SALE Credit Card receipts of Rs 5000 & Rs 525 and assured me that the amount Rs 5525 will be refunded in my credit card. However, till today, 13 Sept 2021, I haven't received any REFUND from shoppers Stop

Shopperstop is trying to send me an amount of rupees 3477.50, they have tried it twice through payu money .
I have no idea where the amount is going, it's not coming to my bank account .
Kindly look into it .

I received it in broken condition. I have the snaps also of the piece just taken out from package.

I have purchased this perfume( Versace Dylan blue ) 200ml on 12th August 2021 from chennai shopper stop after using it for few days the smell doesn’t even stay. So immediately return the product to Riyaz the guy who sold the product. He has escalated this to his TL/manager and told in 2 days we will let you know.After 2 days none of them called me so I had call him he said that he’s yet to hear from his manager so he will update in few days. None of them got back so I had to call again and it’s been five days. he said there is nothing wrong with perfume. As customer we don’t get proper response on top of that they’re saying product is fine. None of them called me to check what is the issue or to tell the product is fine. I have spend rs 8900 for this perfume without knowing no one will buy this perfume. This is not I have bought on discount either. Please help resolve this asap.

I have just bought two luxury perfumes- Choppard (lemon Dulci) and Hermes (Merveilles) and surprisingly both the perfumes seems to be fake to me. The reason I say this is because the scent doesnt stay longer than 5 minutes or may be less. ( which is unusual for these kind of perfumes) I am a black card customer and wouldnt excpet shoppers stop to keep fake products like these. I just bought these last week and have hardly had a chance to use these. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SHOPPERS TSOP.

I have purchased eye liner from palasio mall Lucknow. But no one has checked expire date. Munufacture date was 2019 and best before use date was Feb 2022. Iam not getting 1 year .its so careless approach from your side.we r expending so much amount but we didn't get 1year date.

I have purchased 1 product from Shoppers Stop Acropolis Mall Kolkata on 21st Aug 2021, I have paid double for this product, because of Swiping machine issue, after showing transaction declined, the amount got deducted from my account. I have checked with account teams of Shoppers Stop Acropolis Mall and they told they they received the amount 2 times and informed me that they will refund this amount(Rs.11245/-)
Today is 27th Aug, still I have not receive the amount.

Please help me to get this amount.

My fiancée purchased Fossil Gen 5E smartwatch worth 18495/-INR from shoppers stop on 11/08/2021. However after making the purchase, we regretted making the purchase as it was not an informed decision by us and nor a great suggestion by their salesman.
I went to return the watch in original sealed untouched packing condition on 17/08/2021, to my surprise they said they don't have any refund policy and only do exchange, but arguing for 30 mins they said they only issue refund as credit note which can only be used at shoppers stop ltd stores.

I told them if i am returning the product in original saleable condition then i should get my money in actual cash or in my bank account so that i can use it at my will since it is my money.

But they explicitly denied my request and embarrassed me.
I feel this is an unfair/ restrictive trade practices or unscrupulous exploitation of consumers and is direct violation of consumer protection act.

Since they were adamant on refund as credit note and i did not wanted any further embarrassment i agreed to get the refund as credit note.

Now i feel cheated as they have the original product and my money as well, and all i have is a credit note for 18495/- INR which i am forced to spend only at shoppers stop even though they don’t have anything of my interest.

I do not consider this as refund after return as anyhow i am being forced to buy products from shoppers stop in the name of credit note. i want my money in my bank account. Please help me with this atrocity.

The police watch purchased from Amazon sold BT Shoppers stop.com(india) Limited, The police watch is not working, the Date Dial was not fitted properly in watch, the date dial came out and stuck in the corner of the watch, purchased in June-2021.

I had purchased a ladies top from ShoppersStop which I returned due to the size fitting. They initiated a refund, when I had asked for an exchange. The refund has not reached me. I didn't share my bank details so where did it go? I have tried calling the Customer Care, but they keep asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. This has been going on for some days now. You don't expect such things from such a shopping destination. I am so disappointed and will discourage all my friends from buying anything from them.

I am tired of complaining to the customer care regarding exchanging a fake product they have delivered. I ordered RayBan sunglasses and got FAKE product with poor packaging.
First when I raised the issue, I was told the product will be exchanged however they have completed disagreed to exchange the product and moreover they are not even refunding back my money!
Pathetic customer care and no solution after sending so many emails.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, PRODUCTS ARE FAKE!

I went to store and choose a Diesel watch DZ-4536. the price was INR 19495.
but the employee over there told me that, this watch is on offer and the New price are 13945.
I asked them to sell it to me. They made a manual bill with stamp. I went to carry cash. When I came back after 2 minutes. They say we got a call from office and this watch can't be sold at new price.
Previously they confirmed with all their senior and the office also.
We wasted 2 hours there and what we got, vomplete disappointment

It is to bring in to your notice that we have purchased an item from shoppers stop, in which they have charged us with more than the MRP.
So, kindly seek into the matter or we can bring this information to consumer court as well.

Dear shoppers, please stop buying things from Shopper's stop!
Prices may be higher in the original websites but it is worth spending that much money rather than being scammed by third parties like Shoppers Stop.
Bought Ray Ban sunglasses worth INR 5430/- and I got fake product. The glass of one side of the sunglasses fell off in less than a month! The box in which it came was in POOR condition as if it was picked up from trash. On top of it guess what, the product could not be returned because of their damn policies, because obviously people selling there knew they are selling cheap sunglasses bought from hawkers at metro stations under the label of Ray Ban.
This was such an embarrassment because i had gifted this to someone and got nothing but fake pair of sunglasses.
