Shoppers Stop — Received a defective product and no refund issued so far | |||||
I ordered two fast track watches which was not in working condition and the company officials are not giving me refund regarding the same. I have been continuously complaining regarding the same from about a month but each day they are giving some or other excuses. i ordered the product on 14th feb. 2016 and i received the product on 23rd of feb. 2016. and from 23rd feb. 2016 i have been continuously complaining regarding the same and each time they are just postponing the request and it took more than a month and at last they denied to process the refund. plz kindly help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.
