Shoppers Stop — Transaction failed but money was deducted | |||||
Hi, I have try to order Woodland sandals worth 3295 in shoppersstop.com on Nov 25th 2015. When i clicked on Place Order button the page was hanged, not responded but my money was deducted from my gift cards and from my first citizen points. For the transaction, i have availed a coupon of SSREFRESH for 20%, then the total amount i have to pay is 2636. I have used 2 gift cards worth 2400 and for the remaining 236 i have used my first citizen card points. I have contacted customer support team, then sent me a mail with Drop Transaction format. I have replied with the complete details to them. They told me that within 24 hrs your order will be generated manually. I am okay with it and i hanged up the call. I have waited for 48 hours but i didn't get any response from them. Again i contacted the customer support team, they told me that we are forwarded the complaint to to corresponding team the are working on it. It will take 24 hours more. Again i am okay with that response and hanged the call. But i didn't received any response from them. So i have called them daily, every time i contacted the customer support team, they are telling the same old story of Within 24 hours your order will be generated. It is under process. Today is 09th Dec 2015. 2 weeks completed. But i didn't get any response from them. This is the most worst service that i have faced till now. Please don't buy from this site.
