ShoppersStop — Charged twice the amount from the Debit card | |||
I am a Non-Resident-Indian working in Germany. In August 2015 I visited my family and bought a bag worth Rupees 2696/- in Shopper's Stop Rajouri Garden, New Delhi (on 18/08/2015) . At the time of billing there was a small misunderstanding between the cashier-employees regarding small discount on the price of the bag. It appeared to me that she deducted a wrong amount first and then added it back to charge the corrected amount from my debit card. However, at the end of 2015, I received a special notification from my German Bank (Deutsche Bank) stating that the same amount has been deducted twice and was never added back to my bank account. I sent them the bill and my bank details but never got a reply back. I feel cheated and also helpless being outside India Was this information helpful? | |||
