Dear sir,

This is regarding my eps amount. Pls find the pf details from below:-

Employee id : s37202

Pf account no:- mh/kdv/13484/30073

Form enclosures:- form 19, 10c

Form submitted in pf office :23 october 2015
Claim settled date : 9november 2015

Claim is settled please wait for 45 days for cheques or credits received claim is settled with pf inr 34669 & eps inr 15198.

But i did not received my eps inr 15198 yet.

I tried to call at landine nos of pf kandivali (Mumbai) office but no response from there as nobody is lifting the call.

So requested you to pls look into this matter & let me know my pf amount status..
