Shoppersstop.com — faulty watch under warranty not getting replaced. | |||
This is with regards to Tommy Hilfiger watch (Model No. 1791378) which I purchased on 12th October 2019 with a warrantly of 2years from Shoppers Stop -Vashi as a wedding gift to my husband. On buying the product the sales person had mention that this is supposed to be one of the best brand at the moment and apologies to say that it has been really bad experience until now. The watch got stopped and had technical issues from first week of February 2019 . It was given for repair at ShoppersStop service center and within 10days we got our watch back. Certainly the case did not end as the watch stopped working after been repair in a week. Isn’t this brand a great one or to trust buy again for a customer? And we are back at Shoppers Stop -Vashi (service center) . The managers here say that it will go through same process and we are sorry to inform but we do not believe in the same and neither want to come back with the same issues every second week. I NEED A REPLACEMENT TO THE WATCH and not the re-repaired product once again DISAPPOINTING me as it is the biggest embarrassment. Despite of several emails and phone calls there is no reply from their department. There is no response and acknowledgement from titan/tommy/shoppers stop. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was ordering a product for which the transaction have been occured and amount deducted from my HDFC account, although order have not been placed. Please let me know when I would get my money back for the unplaced order.
