Hello ss team, I just purchased a 3 wrist watch 1-fossil ; 2- esprit ; 3- timex from shoppersstop the great india place on 24-dec-17 at 05:53:13 Cash memo no: 2133, store: 00130 When i am paying total amount of rs.17086 in favor of wrist watch, one of your executive told me to pay with bajaj card to get rs.1000/- discount on purchase of more than rs rs.10, 000/-. So i paid all payment with bajaj card but after payment same executive is denied for rs.1000/- discount amount. - executive name is hari - mobile no. - [protected] he is from bajaj who is sitting in cashier place. I want that rs.1000/- in that regard. Or else know why he mislead or misguide about the issue which had occur and if he is not having all information why he is sitting in ss store. Second instance in same bill, same date - cashier name is - shriom sharma - 7048218 When i am paying payment he told me to get ss card to get reward point of rs.850/- after 24 hrs from shopping time & ss card worth rs.300/- ; so i trust that executive, i paid rs. 300/- in favor of ss card but when i checked my status of my card there is no reward points is to be added till 28/dec/17 04:15:23. Even i didn't got any type of card number and receipt of rs. 300/-. Ss, now i want to know why employees of your store is misguiding for the offers if they don't having complete knowledge, as me as a customer i fully trust on ss But before purchasing they didn't told me that clause of not getting such reward point. Today he is not giving suh positive answer in favor of that. I discussed about the issue with executive name - sandeep in ss gip store. He didn't pickuping my phone after he know about issue, i demand from him to talk with senior executive or store manager in tht regard and till now he is not responding for that. I'm not happy with this service. Before billing if any of your employee told me about such thing i will not pay rs.300 for that card. Your store executives didn't cleared or explain me about that the things clearly. If they informed me about that issue why should i pay by bajaj finserve card or purchase ss card.
