Shoppersstop.com — no confirmation on order | |||
I had ordered a dress from the shoppers stop app on sunday i. E 28/07/2019. I had used my hdfc credit card for the payment. I had received the confirmation message from the bank about the payment being successful. But on checking the app, i saw that my order was not placed. I have tried a number of times to connect them through customer care and have sent a mail to them too. But i haven't had a response from their side.
