Shoppersstop.com — No exchange/refund of defective footwear | |||||
I bought a Tresmode footwear worth Rs 3000 from Shoppers Stop on 16th March 2016. And within a month, the footwear started getting torned off.. and stitching threads started to show off.. I have not even worn the footwear 10 times. And I am the so called "gold card member' with Shoppers Stop for last 6 years. When I approached the customer service desk, they said that they would talk to Tresmode guys and would let me know. Yesterday I got a call from the Shoppers Stop Customer Care that they can't do anything about it as Tresmode is not doing anything... Now this is unacceptable. And Shoppers Stop has a exchange policy for damaged products which is valid for 3 months... As a customer, I am feeling cheated and harassed... Was this information helpful? | |||||
