[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — online transaction issue through shoppers stop app | |||
I did two times transaction through shoppers stop app by sbi net banking, both time the transaction was successful and money got redeemed from my account but the order was not completed successfully. Later i was informed by shoppers stop team that they didnot get any transaction at those time, then i contacted my bank and from there i got confirmation, transaction was successful after they checked with the merchant. I am attaching some screenshot as proof. Please go through those and return my money in my account as soon as possible. I want my money back in my bank account. I am very disheartened and the service which i have received from them is very unsatisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||
