Shoppersstop.com — Product submitted under warranty but no response | |||
I submitted my bag of Tommy for repair as it falls under warranty. I supposed to recieved the product after 25 days. Now it's almost 50 days and I haven't received any update(neither call nor email) from shoppers stop. Today I called 5th time to get an update about my bag and they provide the same update which I got in last four calls. Update is : They(Tommy Hilfiger) are working on repairing your bag. We will update you when we receive any update. This is UNACCEPTABLE. So unprofessional behaviour of shoppers stop, they don't bothered to intimate their customers.This made me to think before purchasing products from shoppers stop.
