Shoppersstop.com — Transaction failure - refund not received for 15 days - lethargic response | |||||
I have made an online transaction in "www.shoppersstop.com" on 09.04.2017 and made payment through my gift card and mobikwik wallet. The transaction got failed due to some issues, but the amount got debited from my gift card and mobikwik wallet. I immediately raised the complaint in their customer care number and sent the required details to their e-mail address. 15 days passed so far, the amount not been refunded yet. Whenever I used to call their customer care number, they will ask for the entire story and at the end they will say that " I will forward your issue to the concerned team to work on high priority and it will get resolved within 24-48 hours", but they will never close the issue. "WWW.SHOPPERSSTOP.COM" is the WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE, I have experienced so far. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Am purchase a dress RS= 6999.00 on 12/11/2016. and that dress can be cancelled due to not satisfied. and the paid amount, RS=6999.00 return to my account on same date. After 04/04/2017 again same amount debit transfered my acount. so please tell me the suggestion and transfer the amount RS=6999.00.
