[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — poor service | |||||
I purchased POLICE brand watch from shoppers Stop, D B Mall Bhopal stores in July. Due to not working I hand over the watch in shoppers Stop Mall, Bhopal for repair on 21.09.2018, against receipt No. 4486 dtd 21.09.18. Representative of store assured me within a forth night watch will be repair. After that I call on 06.10.2018 for know the status of my watch but store representative asked me to wait for more -10 - days. I again called to your store at 4.20 pm today but representative of store Mr Rizwan said as per our policy it take minimum -45 days to repair a watch. I am very disappointed with your very poor service and un- responsible behavior of your staff. Sir. I want to know that, is their any time guidelines for provide service? if not, why said fact was not disclosed at the time of sale the watch and when you deliver my watch. In this respect I called on toll free No. [protected] at 5.17 pm today and talked with him about 15 to 20 minute, but your representative not registered my complaint.
